You can use any photo, however we recommend you use a high quality photo of at least 300dpi. Don't though, we will check the quality of your photo before we go any further with your order. If you have sent us a bad quality photo we will let you know but if you decide to go ahead with the print anyway then we cannot be held responsible for the quality of your cushion.
If your order has not yet been dispatched i.e. the day of approval then you can amend your design. However after midnight of the day you approved your design, it will be too late to make any changes are your order will already be in the printed queue ready for dispatch.
You can only do this if you have not gone for a product which offers bulk discount. For example if you ordered 1 x cushions then that's fine but if you have ordered say a multipack of greeting cards then you cannot. If you have placed an order with Aspire for an event which has been disrupted by COVID-19, and need to place a new order with an amended date or venue, we will be happy to offer a discount of 50% off the value of the amended product.
We can provide a digital version of your Save the Date or Invitation with your amended date or venue should you need to share this with your guests. Please email our Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) for help with this, or if you have any other worries or questions about your order due to event changes.
As most of our orders are personalised and we need time to create your design proof you will have time to change the design. We will send over a proof design via email to make sure you are 100% happy with your design before we go ahead with printing.
If you would like to change something else on your order such as a colour, quantity etc. Please let us know ASAP so that we can get this sorted for you.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunatley we will not be able to change your order.
Once you have placed your order, we will send a digital proof over to you within 1 working day (usually within a couple of working hours) to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your design. Once you approve your design, you order will be dispatched within 1 working day.
For UK orders, if you have waited more than 3 working days for 1st class and 1 working day for special delivery, then please get in touch with us so that we can organise a refund or a replacement as the chances are your order has gone missing within Royal Mail.
